I am sure that you have all heard about the app MyFitnessPal. Here you can track things like food, water, weight, and much more. You can set even set specific goals so that as you log your food you can see what you need to do to accomplish them each day. You also have the ability to sync your health trackers and the app will automatically adjust your day based on your activity. We can be friends on the app to encourage each other along the way. I love this walking pad. It has wheels so you can roll it from room to room or even out on your porch for an outdoor walk or under your bed for storage when you are finished.. It also comes with a remote so that you can easily adjust the speeds as you walk. There is an app that you can use as well where you can join competitions, see your progress, etc.
